Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://deepbluedetailocoee.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Deep Blue Detail reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Interior Auto Detailing, Exterior Auto Detailing, Headlight Restoration, Wax Protection, Tire Cleaning, Rim Cleaning provided by Deep Blue Detail. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Deep Blue Detail (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Deep Blue Detail may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Deep Blue Detail makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Deep Blue Detail's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Deep Blue Detail harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
